Web Development

  • Built the site with Next.js 16 App Router, React 19, and TypeScript

  • Created the website's image assets and laid out the existing logo to fit the site
  • Created the site's favicon
  • Compressed every image to WebP and under 200KB before upload, without a visible drop in quality

Digital Marketing

  • Wrote SEO meta tags and Open Graph data to represent the agency across search and social sharing
  • Wrote the agency's differentiator copy (fast delivery, pixel-perfect execution, transparent budgets, free consultations, clean code, ongoing support) to set its positioning apart from generic agency pitches

Challenges Faced

Launching a New Brand Without Starting From Zero

A brand-new agency identity risked looking like it had no track record, solved by backing Faith Dev Lab with the same real client work already shown on the main portfolio, so the new brand launched with proof behind it instead of an empty case study list

Hitting a Perfect Google PageSpeed Score

Getting a green score across all four PageSpeed categories required careful optimization of image, JS, and CSS delivery across many device breakpoints

Lessons Learned

  • Building the agency's own marketing site was also a chance to test-drive Next.js 16 and React 19 before using them on client work
  • A single-page format with just three core sections was enough to make the pitch clearly, without needing to over-explain
  • A new brand doesn't need to start from zero credibility if it's honest about being backed by the same real work behind it
